Breathwork for radical joy

Breathwork is an active meditation, an empowering tool for self-healing and a way to release stuck emotions.

It is opening me up to wildly creative ideas, it gives me space to feel and cry and howl and it helps me come home to myself when I show up and do the work.

I’ve learned breathwork as taught by David Elliot from Erin Telford and have also studied pranayama as taught by Swami Vishnu-Devananda with the Sivananda school. I am deeply grateful for both these lineages and the immense gifts I have been given through them.
